Jackie Schoep-Brady joined Mooney Colvin in 2012. Jackie has worked as a paralegal since 2003, primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Jackie currently supports attorney Thomas Mooney in his plaintiff’s civil litigation practice and provides direct support in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial.
Erica joined Mooney Colvin in 2004 and has 15 plus years of experience in the accounting/office management profession. Erica’s main duties are managing the finances of the firm, communicating with the partners about departmental and employee needs, and ensuring the trust account is maintained in accordance with the Florida Bar. Erica graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 where she studied Business Management. She received a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida Southern College in 2002.
Jennifer joined Mooney Colvin in 2016 as a legal assistant. Prior to working at Mooney Colvin, Jennifer worked at the Public Defender’s office in Downtown Orlando. Jennifer enjoys providing excellent customer service to our clients. In addition to supporting the firm’s attorneys and paralegals, the legal assistant attends school in pursuit of a J.D.
Sheri has over 42 years of paralegal experience in various types of law, including over 30 years in the areas of civil litigation, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and plaintiffs’ personal injury. Sheri began working with John Colvin in 1999 and has continued in her role as his primary support paralegal since then. Sheri handles all aspects of client support, litigation support, trial preparation and support, and organization of evidence and investigative materials.
